I'm spoiled!

It seems like lately all I do is work and play! My social calendar has been as busy as my meetings at work. My current mantra goes back and forth between Yes we can and I'm worth it! Here is a top 10 list of why I'm spoiled:

1. My laptop made me mad so I bought a new kickass computer with a 22" monitor
   
2. I won a HUGE giftbasket full of beautiful jewelry at our Soroptimist Bowling/Bunco event
   
3. Learned to play bunco with friends and it was much more fun than I expected


4. Ben and I have so many options and have been looking at great houses


5. Lots of opportunities lately to have wine with friends


6. Had a "Poker kino" night with my cousin Kristen and her friends from Intel - it's a combination of bingo, white elephant gift exchange and poker


7. Combining business travel next week to Eastern Canada with a surprise visit with family


8. Ben got me yummy Cheryl Cookies and a gorgeous orchid plant for Valentine's Day


9. I paid off my Honda Civic and officially have no car payment on a reliable car!


10. Lots of trivia with Ben at our new spot Fridays where the bartender knows my favorite beverage

Life sure has it's moments....

Laughter is a good thing

Last night we saw Dana Carvey at the Tempe Improv. It was so great to laugh for 90 minutes straight. He had tons of material and even did the church lady, Ronald Reagan, both president Bush's and Clinton. Great political humor for a super tuesday night! Thanks to Cara & Jon for joining us - it was great to catch up with busy friends.

Tonight is our last yoga class at Yoga Youphoria. Ben and I are both sad and look forward to see what door opens next.

My tv family is finally getting good again. I just finished watching the 3rd season of Weeds. What a great and crazy show. Got to watch the long anticipated Lost premier with die-hard fans Julia & Randy. Survivor starts up this week. I heard they are even going to start shoing the Showtime Dexter on regular tv in a few weeks.

I joined a wine club that meets monthly and went to the first meeting on Superbowl Sunday - how fun to sit with women and socialize and enjoy the tastes of several types of wine and great conversation!
