We got an offer on our house and are now under contract!! We are excited and hoping for a smooth transaction through the inspection and loan approval for the buyers. The close of escrow is planned for Dec 12th!!! If all goes well we will be in a new appartment by mid-December and starting to look at new houses in January in this buyer's market!! So many exciting new changes and adventures ahead. I'm scared and excited and making lots of lists as we plan for the move.

How exciting! Congratulations! You are in a great position to be purchasing right now. We've talked a lot about wishing we were in a position to purchase something we want to be in for the next - oh - say 30 years. Wade is just positive Interest Rates are going to go up in the future and it's a good time to lock into a fixed. Hope the closing goes smoothly and have FUN house hunting!!!! What areas are you considering?
Congrats!! That is a BIG step in this market. Kind of gives me hope that we may be able to sell at some point!!
