I learned about this book at a Sorptimist leadership retreat a few weekends ago and it was so much fun! You take a 30 minute assessment online and learn what your top 5 natural talents are. The premise of the book is that we spend too much time trying to fix our shortcoming and instead that we would be better served by cultivating our top talents into strengths. Also by understanding each other's "top 5" in a team setting it can help with identifying who is the best for certain tasks or projects and how we interact. The book is only $12 on amazon. Buy it and take the test and let me know what your top 5 list looks like!
