Yes, it still needs a foundation, walls and a roof, but after 5 months of looking Ben and I bought a house!
The house is in a subdivision in southeast Chandler called Painted Trails at Old Stone Ranch. For those of you local, it's 3 miles south of the 202 at Ocotillo and Gilbert Rd.
It is a single story home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It will take 6 -10 months to build and we are excited to pick everything out. Should be an adventure!!
