Lancaster

Today we drove about an hour to Lancaster in the northwest of England for customer visits. I saw lots of green grass and lots of sheep. It really isn't much different from Ohio - overcast, a bit humid, lots of green trees & grass.

Lancaster was built in the 13th century and they sentenced many witches to hang back in the early 1600s. The streets were narrow and lined with stone fences. Lots of cute pubs. One seemed very proud to offer games including pool and dominos. Hehehehe... Everything is tiny here - from the roads to the cars to the bottles of water and diet coke.

Can you believe the sales guy took me to Pizza Hut for lunch?? Yes we were in a hurry but it still seemed just wrong....
Tomorrow we have customer visits in Manchester and then head to Winnersh about 4 hours south for a meeting with the Microchip UK sales team. I will be sleepy in the car.

Glad you arrived safely and are having a good time! Do they have Nacho Cheese at the Pizza Hut's in Lancaster? They have it in Indiana but not here in AZ! I miss Nacho Cheese!

I am seriously disturbed by the Pizza Hut lunch thing. You are passing by all of these cute little pubs and he stops at Pizza Hut? I don't even like Pizza Hut here!
